I was away for that match. What exactly went on?

It was put on here a while back by someone that when the rovers directors turned up for the game some had to pay to get in because the Hull club wouldn't allow them all free entry and also made some pay for the post match meal and drink.

Pathetic as it is, it had to start somewhere and I guess the Hull board did just that.

Couple that with the fact that Rovers have signed a couple of their star larkers and taken Dobson from their grasp, and stuffed them 7 v 3 in games since promotion, then I suppose the bitterness is there for all to see.

Problem is if you are going to act like a small club and take the pee inviting ex players who hapen to hang around with you licking your ass when they are not Directors what do you expect?

If Hull KR wanted to take extra guests then they should of paid like everyone else. The Directors area is for listed Directors, not their buddies.

Hull FC can be a right set of bell ends at times but they are not at fault for that one, I cant see Rovers giving away more dinners than they have to

Well, whoever's at fault I'd rather see it toned down and let the performances on the pitch do the talking. Along with us rabidly biased supporters of course.

I wonder if the official complaint will be placed in the same file as the "pending" action over the Cookgate affair?

We learnt our lesson with Michael Smith and giving a way to many dinners.

I have no idea where you got that fairy story from, because that is what it is a fairy story. Hull KR like very other club visiting the KC where given a block of seats ( around 30 ) this is in line with the rules of the game governing SL matches and allocation of tickets.

Are you are suggesting that FC did not issue KR with tickets ?

After match meals are available to the same number of people as the seats again in line with every one else.

Are you suggesting that KR did not get the invitations for after match meal ?


Perhaps the allocation of directors tickets where not used for whom they where intended, this left some KR directors without tickets and thus the confusion.

Having seen some of their directors, I think they probably had eaten the pre-match meal, then expected another 3 courser 80 minutes later, having only had a half time snack of a stadium pie and family bag of Fruit Pastilles - perhaps this is how the confusion arose.
