Just thinking, it's a pivotal role and it needs certain attention because we want to pick the right one.
It's strange, as I'd have Fitzhenry there next year even though i've criticised him a lot this year!
Someone like Andy Ellis is homegrown or fed trained or whatever! but I'm not sure he'd make the step up.
Fisher needs someone though, wouldn't mind a James Roby!!
I know Dene Halatau has done the rounds too.
I'm sure Justin will sort it and pick the right one though.
