You are correct, Tansey has been playing fullback in the NRL this season. He only got dropped when he told Sydney he would be leaving at the end of the season.

So he has been playing NRL 1st grade. Glad that's been clarified.

Guess some people don't understand the difference between did and can't.

Ellery Hanley DID play in the NRL but CANT now. To say that Tansey cant now even though he did THIS season is a bit daft in my opinion. I also have no idea why i am sticking up for a Hull player.

Seems the Roosters didn't put up too much of a fight to keep him even though he helped them to the dizzy heights of bottom.

He helped them to those dizzy heights in so few matches. Perhaps you're giving him too much 'credit'.

They didn't have much choice in the matter with Gary handing him across the breakfast table with the corn flakes to Kath.

Well they did lose six of the seven matches he featured in.
