Watching it from behind the sticks you really appreciate the runs, it looks impossible to stop, had Leroy held on we would have scored with it tonight too.

I think just before that move, Jammer had a real chance of scoring and he passed to Leroy but he should of went over IMO.

You have a point but probably thought Leroy was in a better position, which he was, the pass was not the best unfortunately.
I knew we'd beaten them when we scored the 3rd, as Bruno ran in the try he was allowed to run along the back of the sticks with 2 Hull players just stood watching him instead of closing him down, they were done from that point onwards, heads gone.

Watching from behind you really do get to appreciate some of the dummies players sell to opponents.
In the first half Faiumu danced round an FC player which looked impossible from where we were. the slight of hand that lead to Lunts try - who else wondered where the ball was?

Again, i thought we didnt really hit top gear tonight - we nilled a side at home with 4 or 5 players rested while playing in 3rd gear - forget how bad Hull fans say their team is they still have some class players - and to do that to them at home while playing at 60-70% shows how good this team we have could be this season.
As a Hull fan said to me outside - if you lot dont win anything this year i'll eat a rovers shirt !!

Another 'now you see me, now you don't' moment from Faiumu.
I'm not surprised he gets the odd groin strain. He's got a side step of about 3 yards!
Just like to say your defence was superb last night (probably the best in the league). Your line speed was excellent, didn't give us any time on the ball whatsoever and consequently we score 0 points. I fancy you to beat Saints next week, il certainly be cheering you on as it's about time somebody started to compete with Leeds and Saints. Good luck for the rest of the season.
Good to see you bring a decent following last night as well, at a rough guess I'd say you brought around 600 and you made plenty of noise too.

apart from that first quarter when i think hull had the upper hand and we could have been 12-0 down,we totally dominated hull in every single department, and they never looked like troubling the scoreboard.
i really am feeling confident about the rest of the season, we haven't really got into 4th gear these last 6 weeks and yet we are totally destroying teams at the moment.
i thought our pack looked to be getting beaten up for the first 10-12 minutes but after we got on top the airliebirds simply had no answer to us.
good time ahead i feel
the Claret And Gold Machine is ready to roll
