Not seen Raw for months. Can't believe I'm hearing that it's gone so dogturd.

I was watching some old Raw episodes from the Attitude era last night online and a couple of Best of Raw VHS videos I have got. Absolutely fantastic stuff!

I really can't stand John Cena now.

The problem is their reluctance to protect and push younger stars.

Take The Miz for example, getting some real heat on raw, so they have him job out to John Cena in less than 5 minutes.

The Miz should have gone over Cena, it does nothing for his credibility but it shoots Miz to that next level.

MVP for example, has a massive crowd following, yet he's stuck in the midcard with Jack Swagger, who's another that should be pushed.

This week on ECW, Zack Ryder and Christian had a better match than any World Title match this year, do we really think either of those two will be pushed?

No, on raw next week we'll have Cena and HHH rammed down our throats again.

Yeah, quite why Swagger was jobbed out to bourne (though tbh, these two have contrasting styles and if given the time could possibly put on a very decent match) when he's exactly what the upper card needs in terms of a shake up. Fine, keep Orton as champ but he needs new opponants.

I thought when MVP was traded to Raw that he'd get run roughshod over in his first match with Orton but they didn't. They let him get some offense in an actually made him a credible threat. then in the weeks following they've total destroyed that good work

As silly as it sounds, I've often thought they really missed the boat on him.

He had a great look, was good on the mic, and could actually work a decent match.

nWo? You serious?

Yeah, I just loved watching Nitro with the nWo rammed down my throat every 10 minutes. If they're not in the ring, they were either backstage, in the Production truck or in the comm box with Schiovane, Zybysko and Heenan.

And the feud between nWo Wolfpac and nWo Hollywood was just riveting to watch. *sarcasm mode off*

I will always remember July 15th 2002 as one of the greatest days in professional wrestling........it was the day that the nWo finally died for good!!

10 years ago the WWF was booming. The Rock and Stone Cold were box office and HHH was establishing himself as one of THE best heel's ever. 1999 and 2000 were outstanding years in the WWF.

It'll never be the same again and whilst we pray for the likes of the Rock, Kurt Angle and Stone Cold to return, but I hope they don't purely because their characters couldn't get away with what they did back then. Their status as a legend would get ruined.

I don't watch wrestling anymore. I sometimes check for the results, but I often get depressed when I do.
