If the only game Hull got (because surely Hull will get one game) was the Cook Islands vs Fiji, (maybe because Duffen didn't want a game or, or the big England games went to Wigan, Leeds/Huddersfield and London), I think CP would be suitable despite, or in terms of capacity because, it is inferior to some alternatives.

Tbh, having just estimated the number of games there will be and considering the Celtic nations and France might play some or all games at home, CP isn't a obvious choice - unless Duffen is in an anti-RL mood.

Leigh and Widnes - on top of the good Stadia in SL will be more than sufficient.

I doubt the attendance would be very high for such a game anyway, no matter where they play. Unless of course, the millions and millions of rovers fans wanted to prove a point

All to big for group games that include smaller nations.
The grounds I think will be used are

Eastish
Donny's Keepmoat.
Westish.
Leighs Sports Village.
