As in my post earlier i stated that im no big fan of his, not sure if hes the coach to take us forward, but after talking to a few people in the know, hes just gettin rid of the dead wood in our club, the players dont always stick to the game plan, but when they do we usualy get a result , and if we dont stick to the plan one or two players will decide to try and create somthing but as the rest of the team dont know what to do we end up with results like we did sunday , lets give the guy untill mid season next untill we start to call for heads.
The players are willing to keep him so why not us, all this hes lost the dressing room is bo**oks , hes in a no win situation at the min, he wants to play all the youth we have but at the end of the day if he thinks there not ready then so be it, .
Im one of his biggest crittics but willin to let him see what he can do over the next season.

I still say the best option is for Simms to go at the end of the season, SM to move upstairs to cover his position, Hunte to become first team coach, Naylor to take Huntes role and then Robbie Paul to assist on all levels (I firmly believe that Paul will be a world class coach and he would be an asset to the club until he went to Bradford at some later stage in his career.
I think that SM would be one of the best recruiters of Southern hemisphere players in SL with his close links to the NRL over the past few years. This solution would also save the club the undoubted fortune it would cost to get rid of SM altogether.

Not shooting anyone down, i'm infact saying that SM would be an even more valuable member of the team doing Simms role. I actually don't think the club would be making a good move loseing SM's services and expertise totally.

Why start on simms , cant stand him my self but he has signed some good players over the years, well he hasnt but he put there names forward for our coaches and jaw , as for alan hunte think that in time would be great as our head coach but at the min, nooooo as it could finish his career as a coach in our fantastic game coaching us, my nann once proposed to alan and he said he would but only if she could beare his children , lol .
But when i last spoke to him he said hes happy where he is at the min, as he dont want the fans on his back, very wise if you ask me, by the way my nann has known him since he started playing for warrington, well i hve told him to stay away now and find someone is own age

The post is supporting SM and I concur, I mearly think that he would be a better servent to the club in a Simms type role. You couldnt keep every member of the management/coaching and the only person in the shuffle I outline who couldnt progress up the ladder would be Simms.
