I think you will find that people at the club believe he has no interest. The players also have a lack of faith. Ultimately, the coach needs to pick the team, train / coach, and motivate the players. He certainly isn't coaching and training them anywhere near how he should be, he's not picking the best team, and he certainly isn't motivating. I ask again for somebody to get an honest opinion from a player. It's not happening for them. Simple fact is that if the coach isn't effective then he shouldn't be there. He's not the only one of the coaching staff who is under pressure. Things need shaking up and there are things happening.

He knows we dont have a good side thats why we are playing like we are , next season will be his first full proper Super League pre season, in that I mean last year all the good players available were already snapped up as we were in NL1 hafway thru the season. Everyone knows that deals are done mid season and I think we shouldnt feel too hard done by with the signings we did get. Henry , Cashmere, and Swain will all prove to be good signings imo and the truth is Fitzy isnt good enough, thats why hes out of the side and Im sure that Ratchford will get his time in the middle but for now as Mcrae has stated we are short of backs and honestly would you try Smith out on the wing / centre. If people say drop Smith , ok fair enough but bring in who? Jason Walton is a good player but not SL standard yet especially as a back, People say how about throwing Palfrey etc. in, listen Lewis Palfrey good player but not yet ready Super League . I will accept comments from people eg why bother picking Myler etc but I think until Myler is a done deal announced etc and Mcrae has been very honest in all this then why shouldnt he play? Im havin my 2 pennys worth and I know people will shoot me down, but I go every week same as you and I think we should reserve judgement until end of next year see the progress thats been made as they say Cas were in our boat this time last year . Im no massive fan of Mcrae but I think he should be given the chance ofat least another year! After all the wins against Saints, Hull, Hudds, Wire, Leeds etc and a few close games as well is tons more than what was expected
Will agree with you on the points raised after talking to certain people at the club over the last few days , a few players are leaving at the end of the season nothing to do with the club, just we cant match the money
being offered by others clubs, and the others the club dont feel that they can take us to the next level whitch is another topic.

but, a fair point. our 'fans' come on here and slag everything the club does off. some reality please! we're a small club, we punch above our weight, and we're (kinda) where Cas where this time last year in terms of onfield ability...
i predicted a single win this year pre-season, how happy am i with what i've had!!!

How do you know all of this?

Love him or hate him, 163 consecutive appearances should make Stuart Littler a Salford legend in anyone's book

So, you're Berty Big Balls because he can disagree with your big chum Barker over the phone, but you "spout off" on here about McRae, rather than to his face?
Says a lot about you.
Having spoken to Barker in the past I have absolutely no desire to talk to him again because he has proved to be obnoxious, self-obsessed and can't complete a sentence without expletives (which, in my experience, is generally an indication of a low intelligence) - perhaps explains why you're 'bezzie mates' .

Sit elsewhere then. Try an armchair. Perhaps even the floor.
