It's the boards decision whether I stay or go, so why should I lose any sleep worrying about it when I've got over a year left on my contract?

I think it's quite clear that he's saying he doesn't care what 'they' say; it's only the club that can make a decision about his future and they won't (or at least shouldn't) be swayed by what is said/written by 'them'.

Admittedly, what he's said isn't worded very well but then he was clearly ranting and hence pobably not choosing his words very wisely.

Personally, I suspect that DogPie is 'an insider' and that SMc knows who he is (or at least has his suspicions) and that this is the reason for him losing his temper on GMR.

This looks like fun. I know Mr Barker has his critics on here, but at least he told it how it was... what many of the fans had been saying. If McRae can't handle it, then tough... When you are in a position like this you are open to criticism. It's not like he's called him names...

There are clearly a number of things that don't sit right at the moment, and it seems that McRae is back peddling here. I'm sure everything will soon come to light.

It's funny how that's your attitude about Barker slagging our coach but you are always keen to leap to Barker's defence when he gets slagged off for being incompetent.

As a 'journalist' (sic) Barker should perhaps concentrate on reporting rather than giving us his opinion (or 'telling it like it is' as you put it).

It's equally amusing that "it's tough" if McRae can't handle it but that Barker spits his dummy out just as much when he gets slagged on here.

I always assumed 'LoyalFan' was a reference to Salford, rather than a poor quality RL reporter.

We have a good experienced coach.
He has brought in some good Aussies,bloodied youngsters and had some surprising results.
For heavens sake,back off him !

how long do want us to back him didnt rhino set the ball rolling with the youngsters coming through and due to his inept coaching we could lose probably one off the best stand offs we have had since kenny gill if steff says feck this i am off if an offer from the big clubs comes in who will see him as a great stand off half and not a winger/centre

Bomber is bringing him through in his own time.
At the start of the season,check the posts, everybody said that the youngsters would not get enough game time.
They have,they are still learning and the last thing we need is a new coach.

I heard two weeks back that he was extremely happy at the club and wanted to sign a new contract!
