I said on the form you showed today in the first half Saints would have took you to the cleaners.
26-40 at home to Saints you think is not a bad defeat
Even little Salford beat Saints

I assure you I read every word, but imagining what might have happened is no substitute for reporting what actually did happen. I made no reference to your win over Saints, either.

Today was about as embarassing as it gets & coming from someone who's been watching Salford for 36 years that's high praise indeed. For those who are slating McRae well I can't believe I'm defending the man but the truth is when the players cross the whitewash there's not too much the coaching staff can do. The Salford team that turned out for the 2nd half were an absolute embarassment, yes the ref was poor, yes some of McRae's selections defy reason but to lose a half of rugby 50-0, quite frankly a large number of professional rugby league players need to wake up tomorrow morning & realise that what passed for a performance today is completely unacceptable. If I stole a liviing like that at my job I'd feel embarrased quite frankly, sort it the f**k out.

No you weren't, you were throwing your arms in the air and blaming Myler and Thaler for everything. I did see many Salford fans cupping their ears when they went 20-12 up though, they weren't an hour later however.

To be honest, I'm surprised there isn't more Warrington fans on here getting giddy, but I'm not going to dwell on that...

The performance. Shocking. We looked bloody brilliant at times in the first half and then looked like we should be playing in the National Conference. They need a long, hard look at themselves. I'd love to know what Myler was doing everytime we conceded, waving his hands around like an idiot. Mind you, he did pat a Warrington player on the back and smiled as if to say "well done" after they'd scored one of their second half tries. But hey ho...

As for Thaler... Well, I didn't think he was that bad. Some dodgy decisions, but he was bad for both teams I thought. There was a couple of decisions that everyone was screaming about that he actually got spot on. He shouldn't be a talking point in any way, shape or form.

I know the coaching staff can't be held responsible for the players putting in such a shocking turnaround, but it doesn't say much for McRae's coaching ability when something like that does happen. What the hell did he say at half-time?!

One final point. All this talk about low attendances, not being able to attract more supporters and so on... Can anyone seriously blame other people for staying away now after that? Next Friday could be a very low crowd with an even flatter atmosphere than usual.
