obviously there is a certain irony, but talking 'global brand' one minute - and then executing parochial point scoring marketing of that type hardly go hand in hand. If as a brand the strongest position you can adopt is actaully being based in Manchester,

It wouldnt surprise me if they do a derby and are fighting relegation all season as theres better teams than them in the Championship and the off field issues at Newcastle
