Peel are building the BBC arnt they? i drive past it every day and the structure seems up just putting windows and stuff in.
im no builder but would the same people on the job build the inside as well as the outside? perhaps when the builders are doing the inside the outside people will jump in the lorries and drive off to barton to start building?

Optimist - it's all about funding. The BBC are funding Media City - or to be more accurate you, I and everyone else who pays the TV licence fee are funding it! It was signed, sealed and the deal done well before the financial crisis.
