Out of the 3 coaches since Bomber left...Sharp was the unlukiest to get the boot and was the ONLY coach to have the dressing room and respect of the players and he was a damn sight better talker than Agar....his humour was spot on.

I liked PS and I always thought that he was an amusing guy. Probably a better coach than Agar but his recruitment and retention was absolutely pi$$ poor !!!

I have many times Sharp was unlucky, agree he made some errors and at times we played some poop.....but i had faith in the guy, faith that despite the the stuff he had to deal with he would have us up there or thereabouts in the league....Agar on the other hand........

Agree on both counts but how much was he backed by the board?????
2010s recruitment has been the best we have seen for a few seasons so looks as though they are backing Agar to the hilt.

They have to ,hoping Agar can turn it around next season to save themselves from ridicule for selecting a "cheap option" as coach.

That's a good point, maybe if we lost every game his personal pride would mean that he did the decent thing and walked. I could handle losing to Rovers tomorrow if it meant this would happen, the season's dead anyway.
