also, do you think your club should have done more to sign LMS and Mike Worrincy to the club permanently? And what about Ian Kirke? We both let him slip through the net
Don't think much to Kirke tbh, although I do like Ablett.

LMS always wanted to play for London and nobody else. Not sure i'd want Worrincy, granted he has scored some tries but is absolutely shocking in D.
As for Kirke he is just very lucky to have 12 other quality players around him when he's playing. Other than the fact he is big, he offers nothing.
Motto of the week -
It is the way of the weak to secretly bleat to those in authority rather than fight their own battles.
Brough was and is a good player but the fact that he seemed to have a screw loose meant that he was Sharp's first 'victim'. I think had Sharp stayed many more would of followed him out of the door, but instead we are left with this mess.

Wasn't there a rumour that Sharp pointed first at the training ground and second at the pub and said to the players "you make your choice"? Brough's choice meant that he is no longer at the club.
Assuming there is a shred of truth in that, following on from the judgements on here about King, Tickle and Thackray for a similar alleged attitude, why would we want him back?

agreed, slowly but surely sharp was releasing the "bad eggs"..
whatever has gone on since then i couldnt comment on as i dont know..ie:thackeray.tickle etc etc...but what i will say is that if there is a problem with alcohol within the club, then it needs adressing ASAP....
alcohol does no-one any favours when there in the public eye, and we all know that players on alochol can sometimes be out of control on the odd occasion (mentioning no names )
