Whilst done at short notice and not communicated well the actual membership idea is a good one and lets be honest if we want a SL winning team in a modern stadium with another license come 2012 then it has to be paid for somehow.

This is about the best summary I've read. Why didn't they either announce it when they did but give fans until the end of the season? Or increase season passes by the same amount and tell people that this includes a discount on the shirt and money off the KC derby? People would have gone for that IMO.
