Now sit down, get a stiff drink and prepare yourself for a shock...

Yorkshire win!!

Yes it was on Duckworth-Lewis, and it wasn't a first class game but hey, a win is a win.

Bloody Yorkshire. Letting Notts off the hook at 125/6 to 395 all out.

I hate County Cricket this year!

You've stolen my washing
From out my back garden
You've tarmacked my driveway
Even though I said no
You've nicked my lead flashing
And weighed it in at the scrappy
Oh St Helen's tatters
Come rob me again

Cracking game at Old Trafford yesterday between Lancashire and Surrey. Lancashire should have scored more than the 221 they got and Surrey should have chased it down from 168-1 but some excellent bowling and fielding saw Lancs through...also, some normally one-day cricket resistant Forum members were on the edge of their seats too late on

Lancashire CCC = 2011 LV County Champions

Congrats to Justin Langer, who has beaten Don Bradman's record for the most first class runs by an Australian.

Yeah well done to him, although it took him an additional 277 innings to beat Bradman

Twenty20 resistant, there's a difference.

Although the balloons behind us were evidence of the reasons I prefer the four day game...

Any of the Yorkies on here making an appearance on Friday at OT?

As it stands maybe the Friday, definitely the Saturday and possibly the Sunday - weather and test match depending.
