Oh yes idle speculation from the Dullers again

Because there's plenty of time yet for you to fulfil your plans, whereas the clubs being written to are running out of time given the size of the projects they need to undertake.

Simplez.

Erm, the clubs being written to were also given a licence.

There's been some progress, but at the moment there's a pause. Still plenty of time to complete the work, just pointing out that the RFL are clearly taking note of how the various improvement projects are progressing and IF no further progress was made then they might well send a reminder.

The licences are not assessed annually. We can't be downgraded until the next round of applications. By which time the criteria may well have changed anyway.

I can understand Hull fans going on about our stadium as they've got nothing else better to go on about. That said.....

....when i pay to watch rovers, thats exactly what i pay for...to WATCH rovers.I WATCH them a craven park...i WATCH them at brewery field...i WATCH them at JJB....i WATCH them at knowsley road...i WATCH them at the KC...i WATCH them..............well i couldn't give a t0$$ if i watched them on east park. I watched them at leeds last week knowing i was going to get a soaking, thats part of the fun...if all clubs in the perfect world of the RFL where the same, knowing week in week out i was going to be sitting in a shiney all seater sterile football stadium or the like is not what i call part of the experience. I do not pay my sky subscription to look at a stadium, i pay it to watch the rugby played on the turf, some of the best rugby in the world (australia) is played in worse surroundings than we have. Lets just say for instance, "i'll use hull as an example  and wakefield" that for the next 2 seasons wakefield finish in the top 4-8 and play good rugby and hull continue to play the dross they are at the moment and finish 2nd 3rd from bottom, who should be at more risk of loseing their licence?I know i'd rather watch a team playing good rugby in a sh!te hole than a team playing dross in a sterile stadium.

Image........RANT OVER.....................................i think

For all you that missed it from last week a bit of a good read

I'd say the Sth stand is the 2nd wrse stand behind the "cage" at Les Cats (if it's still there, it is 2 years since I was last there). The Les Cats end stand is uncovered, is equally far from the pitch and has a giant cgae running around it (like being back at Wembley in the 80's!). After that it would be us although the Odsal end stand is only saved by its elevation.

As I said at the beginning we have realistic plans (and a track record of improving) for upgrading the ground to a great boutique RL ground whilst the others are reliant on massive funding, massive planning permission issues and a much longer timeline. Hence why we got no warning.

They don't need to warn them, the lack of finances will do the RFL's job for them.

Expect Club Rovers May2010 really soon. Where you pay £60 to join and gain entry into the first home game of the Challenge Cup and a free scarf.

These 5 clubs have done nothing with regards stadia for years maybe take out Celtic on that comment. However since the franchises where announced haven't we extended the east stand with an increased capacity of 1200 added the rotary youth club to craven park. built new communtity classrooms and all new toilet facilities in the east stand. I also firmly believe that the other side of the east stand will be increased by another 1200 before the franchises come around again.

Not as if We've stood still so why we'd get a letter from the RFL is beyond me In the last 5 years I'd estimate that Hull KR has spent in the region of 1000000 on the development of craven park.
