Just because Thorman's out the side let's not just switch the finger pointing to another individual. It is the majority letting us down!
Agree, the whole squad is suffering from a lack of motivation, hey, I've read that somewhere else!
With Rich Horne we all know any loss of form is temporary............
Where as Mr Thorman is simply not good enough and should be sent on loan to Gateshead.
Take kindly the counsel of the years, gracefully surrendering the things of youth. Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress yourself with imaginings. Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness. Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself.;
this maybe just me but i dont like the way Thorman kept saying "Rich." It
may suggest a bit of disrespect, you would never get the likes of Rooney
etc..saying "Alex had a hard decisiion to make."
I agree that Horney looks a shadow of the player and certainly been poor in defense. But, lets not forget, he's been playing behind a beaten pack for the last 4 months.
If Rich Horne is struggling due to lingering issues from an injury or the fact he is (at present) struggling to cope with his medical condition why the hell is he in the team either of these he should be pulled out for his own good and work with the medical staff to over come either of these .
If its not either of the above and it is a loss of form drop him from the squad this week put whiting into 6 alongside Berrigan with yeaman back in centre. As already said nothing lose and possibly everything to gain .

Horne is a running SO. That's his best position. He can do a good job in other positions but IMO that's just tinkering around.
At the moment he's not really contributing wherever he plays, and that points to either some lingering effect from his injury or him not getting on top of his diabetes.
Although it's the wrong option, I think Agar will play Thorman on saturday. If you look at from his perspective, he's got nothing to lose. Thorman plays badly - Agar points the finger at him, and thats probably the last we'll see of him. Thorman plays well - Agar can tell us all how Thorman has 'shown great bravery and courage after being dropped last week, resulting probably in a contract extension.
I would expect Yeaman and Thackray to come back into the squad also, which means (for a change) Agar has some options. Unfortunately I think that would result in him choosing the wrong options and dropping players who shouldnt be dropped.
This is how I think we will line up (not saying I want it to be this team...)
Tansey
Calderwood
Whiting
Yeaman
Raynor
Horne
Thorman
King
Berrigan
Cordoba
Tickle
Manu
Radford
Subs:
G.Horne
Thackray
Lee
Moa/Burnett
Meaning Houghton, Hall and 1 of Moa/Burnett missing out.
Imo Thorman should be knowhere near the side, nor should G.Horne or Tommy Lee. However we all know they are Agar's 'golden boys' and therefore WRONGLY, Hall, Houghton and Moa/Burnett would be likely to miss out. I may and probably will be wrong, but thats what I think he'll go with. Imo though, it's a must that Hall, Houghton and Burnett play because they are local lads and they will give it their all, for sure. As for Moa, he has been one of our stand out players in recent weeks, so for me, he has to play.
