ive seen players from both clubs on the lash a few times, but theres one from the dobbins side who i think has only been out about 3 time this year as he wants to concentrate on his playing.
dont get me wrong the majority of who i've seen have been fc players but at the end of the day its their life...let them drink and have fun (no matter how much the fans hate it and dont deserve it) and when they dont get a new contract they cant blame anyone else but themselves...

The coaching team should have a policy regarding drinking. If the team wins, then drinking is allowed. No win or an underpar performance means no drinking for a week.
I'm sure the boys would pic up their performances!
