I'll be honest Daz.. you have a decent player there. No idea why he left Widnes. The rumblings have been there for the last couple of weeks that he wouldn't commit himself to properly getting himself fit and this 'mutual arrangement' has come about for him to leave.

From what we saw he could be a very handy player to have. Some that know their RL say one of the best second rowers in this division.

From the Widnes angle.. he has hardly played and the players we have now in Grayshon, Fletcher, Morrison and Varkulis are adequate cover. Makes sense.. wonder if someone else will be coming in in the next 24 hours

Thought we had one for the future there in Bannister but we're not in the business of letting players go without good reason. If it wasn't working out for him at Widnes then fair enough, I hope he has an absolute stinker and learns from Ben Black if he ever faces us

That's it. Just keep knocking Blacky. He's building up motivation nicely, particularly where Widnes are concerned. He could just return your ridicule in spades.

The hand of God will be sat in waiting over the Stobart to ensure he fluffs any more chances that he might get against us 8)

And if 'Blacky' is using this as motivation fodder, I'd just like to thank him for the memories

What would "The Hand of God" be doing over the dark side of the pennines?

I was good mates with Banny at school. He was all class! He was the best u15 and under 16 talent in the country along with Scott Moore and Paul Clough. He was vice captain for England u16 vs France.

However since school his attitude as stunk. Which is a shame considering he was very clever in school. Got A's in English and P.E.

Shame his wasting his talent as both Saints and Harlequins got rid for discipline reasons.
