What about using the Club Rovers money to extend CP?
Unless the derby falls during the football season, there won't be a fixture clash. Unless Duffen has paid for the privelige to veto events (which, in fairness, he might have for all I know), making the stadium unavailable and turning down income isn't what I'd be looking for as a stake- or shareholder.
I agree extending CP would be a wise investment, but even if it is a success Club Rovers, will pull in maybe £200k and that doesn't buy an awful lot of stadium. Extending much above 12K capacity wouldn't make much sense for 12 of the 13 home fixtures, so the KC would still offer extra £££s for the derby. Also this thread is about making money, not spending it!
