Sorry Beezer, but we can only stay upbeat for so long, I'm nearly 21 and I've had enough all I've known is poop to be perfectly honest I don't know how you older folk cope . Don't get me wrong ive had some great times that I wouldn't swap for the world and the high of Salford winning a game is the biggest high ever nothing comes close, but enough is enough now something must change!!

It doesn't feel right.
Do we have a Couch for Ave It to lye on so he can find out whats going on in his head?
Ive said it before Players change, Coaches change, people change, we change, adapting is the key, Salford itsnt the the team or the club i fell in love with imo is a shaddow of its former self for what it ment to me but in reality Salford City Reds has moved on, its more proffesional on and off the field, the players are technically better and we've got more more exposure with the trafford centre than we ever had before.
Dont look back and wish it was like the old days because life always moves forward and as soon as the club starts looking backwards at glory like swinton then we'll be in trouble.

I'm sorry but for me we have been out and out lied to, the club knew the stadium was highly unlikely to come in one time (if at all).
And it appears now we are loseing two of the brilliant youngsters we have on the books.
Sorry to be a doom monger but with the news that the RFL are chaseing clubs over the state of thier stadiums seems to be the first warning shots across the bows of the unfashionable clubs with hovels and a clear indication that we will be kicked out soon as the bids for the next rounds start.
I'm fairly confident that behind the scenes that JW and the rest are working their hardest to get it done. I really don't get all the negativity on here recently, have the school holidays started yet??
Lets hope you are right REDRY and that JW and the rest are working frantically behind the scences, because if they are not in two years time we WONT be in the superleague.
And my response to the person who doesnt believe the club needs a relationship with its fans cos its an Americanism is talking through the whole in his/her rugby ball.
Why do you think there is a website or that the club lets the 4eva reds use the club etc. I suggest you look at some branding literature, it may be American but its proven, ask one of the clubs marketing department if you dont believe me and if you dont need a relationship why are you posting on here when the only thing you have in common with people is your RELATIONSHIP with the club.
I call them when they deserve it,
I praise them when they deserve it.
I support the club not individuals.

And just exactly how do you KNOW that - it may be your opinion - it's my opinion that the club have not lied to us - there have been a set of events that could not have been foreseen which has lead to the current position.
Please tell us just what the club should, or could, have done differently - if you were chairman or a director what would you do?

Daz how can you say that? Do you know that it won't be built thus making the club liars?
I know for certain that there is a lot of work going on behind the scenes involving the big players in the delivery of the stadium (Not construction at this stage obviously) and the RFL are well aware of this and are also involved.
I've said it before and I will again, until I'm told by the main people (Not people on an Internet forum) that it isn't happening then I have no real reason to believe it wont.
Anyone have any evidence to the contrary?
