Maybe they meant
County's Ground. The County Ground is the home of Swindon Town.

Swindon don't own the copyright on the name though, it's quite possible for 2 grounds to have the same name. My guess, and it's purely a guess, is that the ground was officially known as the County Ground, Meadow Lane when it opened, but over the years it's become known simply as Meadow Lane.
