Phil Brown admits Turner would be sold for a big enough offer. From their (lack of) recruitment and now this, I'm guessing him & Duffen don't like this premier league lark and are intentionally devising their exit.

There are exceptions – I remember a friendly between England and Brazil at Wembley that was worth seeing. And then there was one in the January (IIRC) after the 1998 World Cup, and France came over for the game with all but one of their World Cup winning side. It was 0-0 at the break, but the second half was just a masterclass that was a joy to behold.

The pair of em are fecking clueless. I expected 4/5 decent players to come but so far they have nothing apart from losing out on Owen to Utd which was some sort of moral victory according to the tangerine man.
