Would we have won if Saints had run the ball at the penalty? We'll never know, but they settled for a draw when they would have had a full set of six to go at. It shows that the Saints players felt beat.
On the way home we talked about that. Regardless of whether it missed or went over, it isn't psychologically great for a team aiming to win the title to be admitting they can't win, particularly as the point wouldn't make that much difference at the top.
