for the me the reason cooke has not been as good as we would hope is down to coaching, JM seems to want dobson to do everything and doesnt give cookey enough responsibility. i.m.o cookies game has improved over recent weeks and has started to take on the line more. I would rather have cooke in the side than out of it.
Its would be interesting to how cooke played under a different coach but in the same team(I am NOT saying i want JM out tho!)

But would Rooney and Dobbo be a good partnership with brough at hooker to solve the problems - i have my doubts.
Heard that Brough is set to go to Bradford, due to there half backs being poor.

Cooke signing for Rovers was one of my most memorable days as a Rovers fan but if he left the club in the close season, I would take great pleasure in knowing that we would no longer be subjected to tedious and boring Paul Cooke threads started by the Hull fans on our board

Unless of course he came back to F.C.

Rooney's gash and Brough looks a pointless signing, we've got a better organising scrum half with a kicking game and far better attitude already and if we're going to get cover at hooker, here's a novel idea...Why not recruit a hooker?
Don't be suprised if you make a move for Matt Diskin
[watching Mackay testing the curry in the prison kitchens] Fletcher: Course, he sees 'imself as an authority on curry, he does, on account of where he was stationed in the army. Rudge: Where? India? Fletcher: No, Bradford.
