The abuse the players got from certain elements in the "shed" tonight was disgusting. Throwing full pints of beer at them as they were going off the park as well as what was being shouted at them is just not on. Why fans think booing & abusing players will make them play any better next game amazes me.
Ok, Myler wasn't having a great game, but to listen to the abuse he got when subbed from a particular section of the shed was out of order. He's probably thinking he's well out of it if he goes to another club.
John & Howard won't walk across the pitch after the game because they are embarresed & upset at what is shouted at the players & at them.

Before you all start "I pay my money I can say what I like", NOT VERBAL ABUSE you cant. Fans like that make me ashamed & it is creeping in to our fan base more & more. Other fans need to get a grip & try & stop it spreading & giving our club a bad name.

correct we all pay money to watch this... i could not give 2 s h i t s if we lost every game as long as we show what the squad is capable of doing. but when there on that pitch they ant got a clue...20 mins in the game and there strolling back to have the scrum its LAZY! myler needs to be sold before wire can get him free just by watching him you can see where is mind is set next year...i dont agree with them fans throwing beer at the players but it is frustrating how they cant keep hold of the ball!!!! and as for mcrae all he is is the guy of the pringle tub!!!

1.fans are crying out loud for ratchford to be put back at stand off
2.smith cannot be dropped. why?
3.jason walton last 3 games he has been quality the only guy that makes decent yards...and yet he decides to put im in reserves!!

Shirl....get the rotten apple out (wherever it is), tell the players to use a bit of skill (if they remember how to), and tell that fat, useless, nonsensical australian coach how to select a team, and maybe, just maybe, the paying public won't feel the need to have their say

Steff's problem?is that no matter where he plays,he performs well.Therefore due to our shortage of players in the centre/wing position McRae plays him there knowing he will give a good account.Whether this is good for Steff I don't know,it may develop him as a player as he will get an insight into the different positions.He even had a decent game as a winger at the end of his spell in that position,not that I'm suggesting he plays there again.

i think its bang out of order the abuse myler got when he came off, we dont no when hes leaving or staying or whats goin on its all just talk at the minute why dont we try and just get behind the team and myler , he wasnt the only crap player last nite they all were. other teams are losing players at this stage of the season (gilmour and long) but i bet they dont get loads of abuse. oh and if mcrae doesnt pick ratchford at stand off for the next game im not goin![/quote]

myler did not want to know, at 1 point in the game it looked to me as if the forwards where taking it in turns to play 1st receiver whille myler was hiding at the back everthin was coming off the forwards ..
i think we all now myler is a gonna so y play him, for him to develop his game to become a better player for him to foook us off n go to warrington nar he deseves all the abuse he gets and how can you compare the likes of gilmour and long with myler...
gilmour and long have been great servents to there club for many of years and there gettin old so it was time for them to move on...

I do not normally stand in the shed but due to the weather I had no choice.
I could not honestly believe the $hite people were hurling at the players.
Do any of them actually know how to play the game.
Yes Myler (and he was not alone) had a bad game but booing and personal insults will not improve things.
I never do this at a match it is counter productive and makes things worse.
Yes I come on here and have a moan and get slagged for it but when I am at the game I support the team.
Looking round the shed now you see people who just seem intent on going to the Willows to get pi$$ed and have a go at the players and other fans and by that I mean Salford fans.
I had some behind me who most of the game had there backs to the match (probably best ) and then when Myler came off hurled abuse at him.
Carry on everyone you will eventually drive out what talent we have at the club
