Its your clubs home tie and its their sole responsibility as it is with every home club to effectively assess potential flash points/trouble and then pay for a police presence if they feel it is needed.
Just by the nature of it being a derby the police will deploy a number of their officers into the general area but if the club want them to police the actual ground then its out of your clubs coffers and no one elses im afraid !!!!
