Was watching Melbourne Vs Cowboys last night on DVD and couldnt help but notice how good of a player Shane Tronc is and what a signing he is for Wakey (if rumours are true) he is always looking for work a true workhorse and takes the ball up strong and hard. He also does plenty time on the pitch something that Feka cannot do and imo we have missed out big time in not signing this guy.
It is blatenly obvious we are in much need for a prop forward and when a good one comes allong in Tronc we are not even in the mix to sign him.
I also took a much more detail look at Carl Webb, Jeff Lima, Antonio Kaufusi all players that I think would do the job for us over here
Lenegan needs act fast teams like Saints, Huddersfield are all looking for props and If nobody is signed up now I can see us going into 2010 with the same set of forwards we have now.

Yeah your right, Kear has been quoted bu many that the deals more or less been agreed its just the finishing touches that are needed. I think a previous poster were correct in saying that Phelps, Coley and Bailey will all get extensions.
I'm personally still very doubtful that any signings are going to be made for next year and in fact if what were hearing is correct and Noble has been given a 1 year extension till the end of 2010, then it backs up my whole idea that Lenegan is going for a big one in 2011 with a new coach and signings. Where that leaves 2010 is I suppose down the toilet.

Believe me if nothing much is happening for 2010 then 2011 will be much the same.
Lenagan promised some big signings for 2010 when he took over yet doesn't look like delivering and i doubt his policy will change much for 2011.
We'll continue to sign 'chancers' and promote youngsters. I totally agree with the 2nd bit but without good players to play at the side of they'll not get to a level we'd hope.
Lee Gilmour has signed for Hudds, good signing IMO.
Leeds have signed Jay Pitts from Wakey.
Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good - sally cinnamon..Why not discuss Wigan? It's a rugby league message board. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league - Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. What's frustrating most of us is that other SL clubs are strengthening for next year by making their signings now, we haven't signed anyone as yet.
Or at least it hasn't been announced.
Again I think we feel that nothing has been announced as there's nothing to announce!
