Which unfair accusation? The press conference broadcast across the world in which he ranted about the English not playing to the spirit of the game? Or the television footage of the test match broadcast across the world in which he took the catch off Collingwood's pads and then went screaming at the umpire that he'd held the catch and wasn't appealing for LBW like everyone else? Before, of course, he was then seen having words with Collingwood?
I'd suggest you either look online for the interview (both the video and quotes are out there) or watch the last day's play again.

these are false and unjust acustations of appealing a catch.he was appealing a lbw . this is an outrage . if u do not play fair . aussie's will keep the ashes my chap. we will have a cup of tea in the members area of lords. call stumps my chaps

Funny way of appealing an LBW, is running up to the umpire, ball in hand, suggesting a catch and screaming "I caught it".
