And, how must all the released, talented wrestlers over the years feel when they see Mark Henry still getting pushes after 13 years of never been over?!
He is over at the moment
He was conducting the crowd last night. Every time he pointed to a section of the audience, the whole stand would jump up and scream. Hilarious to watch He closed Raw with a huge pop a few weeks back too when he was drafted. Wouldn't have thought he was capable of these reactions a few months back
I thought Raw was ok last night. When was the last time they had a bikini match? Seems well over a year ago. Not sure why they are having the Big Show squash Kofi and Bourne every week though. Will be interesting to see who Jericho replaces Edge with. Ziggler would be my guess.
I still think Smackdown is better, too many commercials and pointless segments on Raw to make it any good. All the matches are about 3-6 minutes long. You get some decent 10-15 minute matches on Smackdown.

Final card for TNA Victory Road.
TNA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH Mick Foley vs. Kurt Angle (Champion)
Samoa Joe vs. "The Icon" Sting
TNA LEGENDS CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH Kevin Nash vs. "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles (Champion)
TNA WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH Scott Steiner & Booker T vs. Beer Money, Inc. (Champions)
TNA KNOCKOUT WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP Tara (Champion) vs. Angelina Love
New Japan Tag Team Championship: Team 3D (Champions) vs. The British Invasion
Sharmell vs. Jenna Morasca
"The Monster" Abyss vs. Dr. Stevie
"The Blueprint" Matt Morgan vs. Daniels
Not a bad card apart from Sharmell vs. Jenna Morasca, don't know why they're wasting time on that when Sharmell can't wrestle and Jenna has only been training for wrestling for a few months, so won't be ready. They have plenty of talented women on the roster now, give them the spot on PPV instead.
Kurt's probably going to need to carry Foley a lot as well, but I'm sure they can have a good match.
TNA has now officially signed Bobby Lashley, he becomes the first MMA fighter to concurrently compete in professional wrestling.

Hey didn't realise WWE was now showing classic WCW footage on Sky. Not had Sky since 2005 and at the time they were only showing old NWA archive footage, but was at my mate's yesterday and was some great coverage of Slamboree '98 - cruiserweight battle royal with the winner (Dean Malenko dressed up as a Mexican wrestler who's name escapes me ), getting a title shot at Chris Jericho, who was absolutely hilarious when doing the introductions for the participants!
Malenko won with the Texas Cloverleaf, and the ovation was greater then most fan reactions you see in WWE these days even for big matches - glorious era for wrestling the late 90's eh.

that my friend is cos they actually let the midcard do a proper angle, jericho had been running malenko and his family into the ground for several months while he was out injured. it was great fun listening to jericho do the introductions and run each and every guy into the ground.

Yeah def bud, + the crowd were really into the high-flying moves of Juvi, Psycosis, Billy Kidman etc, which totally disproves WWE's (apparent) belief that a cruiserweight division can't help draw.
