Only a matter of time before he does and we wont have to justify posts like these to other fans!

FWIW it was a tough game but both teams were contributing to the biff, and there was nothing wrong with most of it!

Good luck for the rest of the season lads.

SHORTEAGLE wrote:What a stupid reply/comment. That sort of attitude is so typical of the arrogance of a club who survive on the Viv Nicholson theory. Widnes (and according to Cullen) only won thanks to all the loan signings from Super League.

So you have gone into administration, and still spend money as if it is water, to attempt to achieve SL status. How can a good stadium mean that you will always dominate the championship. What a load of rubbish.

The gloating of the post demonstrates a mentality of a numpty. Remind us all about you spending loads to get to SL, you winning a Cup...... you went bust big time and started with 9 point deduction....

Barrow made mistakes after scoring, Widnes scored dubious tries and if it wasn't for Hull and Warrington cast-offs you would not have been in with a shout.

Barrow were not upto their usual standard. In 3 cup game they have under-achieved. League matches, a diffent matter. Widnes Championship winners...... I don't think so.

A little bitter are we?

Please remind me what happened to Shuddersfield?

Top tit widnes deserve some luck and if was in superleague we would do ok.Got a rich owner, nice stadium, academy and good fan base.We got no right but now a tick in the box.Not been boastful but we are the biggest club in the championship. But i love the games as very tight. If not for the cap we could dominate more.

What an absolute tool you are!!! :P

Just ignore this idiot Barrow. Yesterdays game was a very tough encounter and both teams never took a backwards step. When Toa knocked the ball back over our line and you scored with about 6 minutes to go anything could have happened. And that's how close the game was. Your team showed amazing commitment and a never say die attitude that I have come to expect from Cumbrian teams. Your fans were excellent and I had a good banter with many of them. We just a had bit of luck on the day and maybe a few of your lads were carrying knocks that would have seen other players sit the game out. But they never stopped trying and are a credit to you. Your position in the league reflects your ability and I'm sure the rest of the season will be very tough against you, Halifax, Fev, Toulouse, etc. There is still a grand final to play for and a long way to go. Yesterday was a good win for us but now it's back to business. As for idiots like viking.gb he has so much to say about his team he only joined this forum on the 8th of July. Wow!! Hows that for commitment???

See you at your place in August.
