TBH he is a player i would have liked to have seen in the SL, though i must admit my opinion is largley based on his performance in SOO game one were he was outstanding in a beaten side and really lifted the NSW team.

Wing is still on contract, so although available, is not needing a new club and is apparently on a massive wage at Souths so he will prob see his contract out with them before looking for a move.

We can only guess as to whether new signings have been agreed or not (unless you happen to know someone which unfortunatly i don't).

I would like to point out if the players current employers have requested that those signings would not be announced untill the end of the season then wigan could have agreed to that.

What's the deal with Ellery, some people want him to coach the team, and why not probably the greatest player the country's ever produced and has a pretty good coaching record. Whats the argument for those not wanting him back? Please enlighten me.

As I've said before - people are moaning about '5 drives and a kick' and that is pretty much all Hanley coaches. His teams are the most boring ever.

This team needs a motivator or a bollocker the last thing they need is Hanley who is neither.

He's got a history as both player and coach of being a bad influence in the teams he either runs or coaches.

It’s ok for players at Donacaster who are part time but I honestly can’t see him getting on with players like Richards, Carmont, Tommy, Coley etc as well as I can’t see him having the talent or coaching ability to bring on our excellent crop of youngsters.

We need new ideas and ways of thinking rather going back to the tried, tested and failed.
