I don't know the details of your non-fed, but I can tell you that you're allowed a grand total of 6 players who are EITHER quota OR non-fed. This can include a total of 5 players who are quota. So you could have 5 quota and 1 non-fed, or three quota and three non-fed - as long as the total is 6 or fewer.

Your quota players were listed further up the thread. You currently have 5, with 4 of those contracted for next season or longer. So for next season you can sign a maximum of 1 quota player unless you release one of the contracted players.

I don't know who your non-fed players are beyond Vella TBH as I'm not sure if any of them qualify to come off the non-fed list in addition to Gene. But as things stand with Vella still being here you basically only have one overseas place free for next season, and it could be either quota or non-fed.
