If that's the case then it's a good job the fickle ones don't turn up, as we couldn't fit them in the stadium..
Now then, please explain your declining gates this year.
Muppet.
What about the 100 people they took to Hull and now there is a cup semi on they are selling out. Like I said before, talk about fickle.
Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good - sally cinnamon..Why not discuss Wigan? It's a rugby league message board. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league - Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. Wigan fans are so much more loyal and passionate - the flying biscuit..Wires havent been massively succesful over the years, but I've spoke to Brian Bevan And he spoke to me and i wouldnt swap that for Wigans History, ever - Ande..on the TV i could only hear the Wigan fans with about 10 to go - Saint94..Every team is in your feckin shadow, we all know - FIOS

I have watched a lot of rubbish in that time. Watched Excellent Wigan/St Helens/Bradford and Leeds teams and appreciated them all. What I was mearly pointing out was that is in the past for Wigan, at this time Warrington in my opinion are a better side (which I have not said in 25 years of watching them). The original poster was trying to get a response of how poor Warrington were and how great Wigan were, hence my posting... explaining that Wigan have not been that good in recent past.
The understanding rugby bit was not specifically aimed at you, more at Warringtons general support, I'm not for a minute suggesting that you can't find a Wire fan who doesn't understand rugby.
The majority of Wire fans on this board are people who are all quiet while Wire are under-achieving and loosing games, however string a few wins together and your coached by God, the players are unbeatable and your the best team in the world once agian. That is what I hate about you lot.
Your right, Wigan have not been very good in the recent past, and your right, on paper Warrington are the better side.
Morley King, Monoghan, Mathers.
All very very good players. Wigan have nobod of that calibre IMO, maybe Tommy and Lockers

It's a massive game for Wire - last Challenge Cup win 74, last Wembley appearance 89, no trophies since 91. Nowhere near a final since SL began. It's been a long wait for Wire against us as well - the last time they beat us in the Challenge Cup was 74, the last win in any knock out game 86.
