Glad to see Roy Heaney get a mention, he ran a long way sideways, and am i right in thinking Trever Stockley arrived at the same time as Roy?

Baxter. Played against Leeds and struggled to stay on his feet all match, at one point he ran sideways across the pitch (a la Offiah) bit slipped and slid 10 yards into touch.
Was hardly seen again and ended up playing Union then American Football i think!

Yes we did, but wasnt he the one who got sacked from the club for using the press telephone to ring home.

I don't remember Phil Sumner being on our books, I know he was at Warrington.
I went to school with him but can't for the life of me remember him playing for us.
