Which just goes to show how little you have watched Rooney.The only similarity is they both kick goals.
Rooney is not a long pass wizard at all,his biggest asset was his backing up and the short pass.Last season Rooney was the player that would be on the end of many of Danny Broughs short kicks.
Danny Brough likes to be the general on the pitch - hence why it doesnt always work when Brough and Drew are on the pitch together,Rooney has never been the general on the pitch.
Brough is petulant and a pain in the ass(typical scrum half)
