not that i would have had most of them players anyway. Not many people want to play for wigan anymore.
Thank you for someone who answered the question rather than saying 'How do I know?'

Who wouldn't have got a work permit and will soon be doing time - leaving us with a contract worth nothing for a good while. Very glad we didn't sign him.

He didn't answer the question. He listed the players Wigan haven't signed who have recently been available, and then stated that he didn't rate most of them - which seemed an odd point to make, to say the least.
Now - while you're being a smartar2s - perhaps you can answer mine?
Do you feel that IL's 1.5 years in the job thus far is sufficient for any of us - not just you or me - to make a firm judgement about his ability to make future signings?
In other words, on the strength of what he's so far not achieved, would you be glad to see the back of him tomorrow? Or, given that we've now got a large, fairly talented and - for the first time in ages - very young squad - would you perhaps give him a couple of seasons more?

If we had lost six players to injury 3 years ago we would have been in deep poop.
We are in a far better position to cope with it now due to the depth and age of our squad.
We may still struggle, but I don't think it'll be a disaster.
I love the young players getting into the team but Wigan play a power game so youngsters are less effective because they are not bulked up. Saints can bring in youngsters because they move the ball around and have lots of dummy runners.
Against Harlequins, the first try (Richards') was made by good passing but others (from limited memory) were by personal brilliance...Leuluai 2 individual tries, one made by Leuluai short kick, one by Robert's caiming ball from up and under, one by Tomkins' excellent grubber. Can't remember the other. We need to be able to score tries by good passing in
opponent's thirty. Time for a new coach, Rogue.

I don't know. This just proves to me that you can make any result fit any argument. Sure, several of Friday night's tries were scored through individual brilliance. But a few of those responsible for this indvidual brilliance - Carmont, Roberts, Tommy - were all either signed or re-signed b IL, so you could say it shows that he's brought the right personnel in after all (as well as hanging onto the youth that is now flowering).

You need to chill out.
It was a topical question I proposed to see what people thought about IL and if they have faith.

Someone's having a bad day.
This seems to be a tactic of yours. Make an offhand comment about someone, then, when they respond in kind, either get defensive or pretend you didn't mean anything by it, or both.
Oh, and I'm still waiting for your answer to my question.
