Leeds scored at will in the first 30minutes through Hulls awful defense, and the game was over, the 2nd half performance is irrelevant. The fact is your going to get decsions against you during a game and the only thing to do is to try and play well enough so those decsions don't matter in the end. The fact that Leeds are doing well in the league despite being the most penalised team in SL is evidence of that.

And while we're on about forward passes, I notice nobody has mentioned the forward pass for Yeaman's break leading up to the Tickle try just before HT. I think there was a forward pass in the build up to the Raynor score as well.

You only seem to get penalised more when your well in front, remember seeing Quins getting plenty of pens late on, Sinfield see's to that

I don't even support Hull you muppet, just viewing as a neutral.

I agree with 1 and 3. Havent watched it back on TV but will have to.

Add to 1 and 3 the fact that Yeamo could have put Broughton in twice we could have won convincingly. All ifs and buts but plenty of positives again from last night. Berro looked better and better, Moa was awsome and very pleased with Whiting at FB.

Hull lost because our defence was awful.
Leeds won because the ref was awful.

Both teams were awful in defence. No-one deserved to win really. But the game was ruined at the beginning by some awful refereeing decisions that gifted Leeds possession which ultimately led to tries. The way the game went, had Hull been gifted similar decisions in similar positions, the score could have been the exact opposite.

Hull need to toughen up. Decisions go against all teams at some point. It's getting on with it that counts. We can't gain any confidence at all in the face of adversity, whereas the better teams can. This is the difference. You can have all the talent in the world, but if your head goes down that talent becomes pointless. Psychology really isn't a part of our game, and it really should be.

Leave Leeds to worry about themselves. They can't take much confidence from that game as they were pushed all the way by a poor and understrength Hull side with two early injuries and some very favourable referees decisions. It's up to us now to respond in a positive way. Unfortunately, I feel it will be the same old story next week against Cas (i.e. we won't use Houghton, Thorman will still start, as will Graeme Horne, and Whiting will be dropped as will Moa). Read Schofield's column in the Star today, and it was tosh as usual, but the only thing that I did agree with was about when he mentioned Agar likes his players to be robots, which is why it appears he doesn't like Whiting to start and why he does like Radford at loose!

We never had the rub of the green and were bloody awful for the first 30 minutes but after that to Hull's credit they got stuck in and made a game of it.I will be happy if we can recapture that second half form in which we played some great rugby at times. All we have to do now is have a good go for the remainder of the season. To point the finger at the ref for our own first half failings is just nonsense.Best team won at the end of the day but we can take alot of positives from the game and hopefully get a roll on.
