I thought that this season would be tough and I would have been happy with 8 wins against teams like Celtic,Cas,Wakey,Hudds etc.
If youd have told me we would beat Leeds,Saints ,Bradford and Hull .I would have snapped your hand off.
If we can just get a couple more wins,it will have been a great season in my view.

I agree. There has been a lot of negativity on this board this season but we have won far more matches than I thought we would. We have also been very competitive in others and have only just lost when we could and should have won, the 2 games against Hull spring to mind. As you say we have also beat some good teams to this year.

Certainly at the start of the season - 5 games in I was one of the doubters!!

If we get nothing else all season, then away at Leeds & home to Saints will be what I remember of this season - BUT I hope for more.

NOW the big choice for next week - suppose a certain No 7 is fit - does he play or does the coach stick with a winning team? Tough choice, but if I were managing I'd reward this lot & keep them together

BTW those that said they weren't coming again if Stu Littler played - bet you're sorry you missed last night LOL

I for one think we should play the same 17,regardless of who is fit again.

Consistency will make teams rise. This season any team in SL can beat the other if they play to their potential. The teams that are at the top are those that maintain consistency. It's something we need to learn how to do, but the question is how?

There are so many factors. Belief, Morale, man-management, fatigue, gameplan, etc etc. The list is endless.

We will need to be very focused going into the Celtic game. If we don't utilise this week and the positives coming from it we could get turned over. We wont get a better chance at gaining some momentum and putting on a little mid-season revival...

When you consider before a ball was kicked this season quite a lot of pudits were of the opinion Salford City Reds would not win a game, I think when you look at the Super League table so far we've not done that bad.

A win next week down in South Wales will do us a power of good and then who knows what can happen against Castleford Tigers and then Warrington Wolves over the next few weeks.

It's all about performing week in week out, if e hit form nothing is impossible fron now until the end of the season.
