Hope it turns out to be the great signing people on here seem to hope he is and not the very poor signing that I am dreading he might be.
Few quotes from Rooster fans:
"O'meley is a top player but hasn't coped with the quicker play-the-balls due to two refs. As we saw last night with our tiring forward pack despite a compressed defence, we still have a long way to go in resolving our issues."
"I am sad to say the Ogre has all but sealed a new contract over in England joining fellow Rooster Fitzy. He hasn't really accomplished anything since coming to the Roosters but has been rock solid game in game out"

Us real fans don't look over our shoulder at our neighbours and do whatever we can to get one over on them. We look at the bigger picture. And this is the reason why Rovers are and will forever be considered a small club. Because their fans and board would rather get one over on Hull FC above anything else.
Quite sad, really!

They're waiting for a quote from Mr O'Meley, I hear he came because of the vision of Mr Agar.

If we want to win anything we need our best players on the pitch 80 minutes per game, Mr Berrigan is our best player and he is very much an 80 minute man.
Why stunt his development by having him here as back up?

Houghton has played outstandingly for us this season, stepping up whenever we need him. You need players like that as well. Letting him go out on loan is a ridiculous option and personally I hope that its incorrect.
