That maybe true but the sad thing that frustrates me about Wigan is that if the club got it's act together were not that far off, I honestly believe that with the right signings and correct coach we could by 2011 be competing in the top 3, do I think it'll happen hopefully but probably not.

The sad thing is, Tony Smith was there for the taking, but because IL is tighter than a nun's crotch he won't replace Nobby mid season, Wire snapped him up and immediately strted getting better, they are by far a stronger team than we are and also have a greater pulling power for players so it would seem, i have a feeling we will still end up finishing in 9th where as i think Wire will progress to 5th or 6th

If Celtic made the right signings and had the correct coach, they too could challenge the top 3
