Some people seem to think money raised from this membership will go on extending the East Stand, not according to the pdf:

Not trolling, but surely there are many other priorities for Rovers at this time than computerised turnstiles? Investment in extra capacity will surely have a much better payback?

And if you don't buy a shirt every year you will now have pay £35 to get your £10 dicount (£45- £10) to make the £60 worth while. Just in case you wonder, you get £5 off the home and away shirt or £10 off one of them.
Rant over....for now....off to blackpool for a couple of nights, get away from this computer and to enjoy this lovely weather we're having....not...

it also doesn't say it won't be
Even if not directly, funds raised by this scheme and used on price freezes etc will free up funds for the extension and any other secret capital schemes Rovers might have ...
