Think it depends who gets there if it's two outsiders then they will still be desperate to finish 3rd, if it was say Wade v Barney I think the disapointment of not making the final would weigh heavy and it would be a case of just going through the motions. Best case scenario though is if Premier League qualification is dependent on the outcome.

Manley v Lewis tonight could be interesting.

If there is one player who gets to Lewis it is Manley and as the big fella seems to be finding his form for the first time in a while he will be well pumped up and Adie might be sucked in and lose his cool again.

I really hope so, think you've called it right. No matter what they say in front of the camera these two do not like each other and love to win. Manley 13/8 with Paddy Power, c'mon the big fella.

He just seemed to enjoy it against Walshy too, not seen Manley enjoy it as much for a long time. Good win that.

I think Manley realises if he does not watch it his big time career could be over as Top 16 gets you in everywhere, outside and your battling 150+ decent players to get perhaps 6 or 7 places in each event.

It should never have got to this stage but now it has I think he has woken up and started to get his game back together and he loves Vegas so could be time for a run and push him back towards the Top 10, at Bolton he had a great win then bombed, if he can get avoid that tonight it stands him in good stead as he will be guarenteed his slot for Blackpool and can go into that big event with his tail up.

He needs a place in the final to qualify for Blackpool but yes as you say he has finally woken up and after slipping from around 6th in the rankings to outside the top 16, his big time career and chance of winning anything again is slipping. You're right, it should never have got to this stage but maybe he needed it as a kick up the backside to realise he has to put the work in in these events and start getting decent run. He had a great win over Wade in Bolton and wasted that against Webster next game. He needs to get it togther and if he can beat Lewis tonight who know where he could end up.

As a big Manley fan its very frustrating seeing the likes of Mardle and Lloyd so far ahead of him when he has the ability to be mixing it when them players rankings wise.

Oh sorry I thought he only needed a couple of wins to ensure his place.

Lets hope he makes the final then......co I've got him e/w at 125/1 :)

Phil Taylor was virtually in tears when being interviewed after beating Dennis Priestly 8 - 0.
