Out of respect to the fans they can either face a increase of more than %20 on their pass or Join club rovers for a fixed price of £60( and a renewal fee next year) and get frozen ticket prices £10 off shirts and web tv ( which other clubs give for free) and if they are in the 1st 2500 they get a half price derby ticket.
It's just a cover up for the massive increase in season pass prices.
respect eh?
Given the financial state of most SL clubs it is clear that clubs need to increase their revenues and control costs. With the franchise point for £4m plus turnover I wouldn't be surprised to see more clubs going down a similar route and charging for things like web tv and the like which are currently given away free as well as above the norm season pass price increases this year and next.
For example, a nominal £10 charge for web tv automatically added to season pass prices brings in £50,000 for every 5000 season passes.
The level of demand for season tickets in the East and West stand suggests that a moderate price increase is sustainable. This is the price we have to pay to see continued success on and off field at the club.
