East Stand is limited to less than 5k thanks to the Council!!
Also no standing on grass--unlike Henman Hill (Murray mound now?) or the grounds in the NRL--obviously Hull folk are at greater danger than darn south or in Aus!!

I can never understand whats wrong with standing or even sitting on grass banking when you have dry periods.
