He's a SL standard player - even if you only think he's an average one. To argue that he's NL1 standard (at best) is breathtakingly stupid.

Whilst my breath wasn't taken away I think you're right... and I don't believe that he is average. I have been impressed with him this season - it would have been good to see him continuing his improvement as his understanding and appreciation of SL grew.

Are you asking if Danny Tickle is bad news or, as this is a rumours thread, are you saying that Tickle is leaving and asking if this is good or bad news?

Cookie will be back at the KC next year.....KR are offloading him and he is in talks with FC. (Heard this yesterday from on of them 'lifelong KR followers').

Question is.......How would he be greeted if this was true. I'm sure there would be the usual 'Gonna tear my season pass up' or 'not renew' folk....That WILL RENEW 'cos thats what they've allways done There will be the 'FC havent been the same since he 'F**ked off and left us in the mire' folk.....But would actually be ever so slightly excited at PC's return'!

Personally......It would be just another player joining us to me. We are a different team from when he left/f**ked off, so I would still support anyone in an FC shirt. I know the way he went was totally wrong, and I know he doesn't really feature in Morgans future plans (unless HE himself comes to run FC that is ), but I'll never forget the try in Cardiff as long as I live.....Two minutes to go and under the sticks.....Priceless!

I'd be sad to see us let him go unless we have someone better than him lined up. Having said that I very very much doubt your club will have him back. You aren't that desperate are you?

Wouldn't want him here....there are better players out there than PC who can contibute to the team, not to mention what he did to us when leaving. I wouldn't be happy at his return!

id take him back , as a life long fc fan i want whats best for the club and team..to say we have never recoverd since he left is an understatemnet....
maybe his "arrival" would breath new life back into yeaman and raynor, good combo with long and bero pulling the strings aswell and horne also...
dont get me wrong, his departure at the time was disaterous timing and im sure cookie would agree that it all went abit sour to say the least but as i stated that i always want whats best for fc and if that includes a certain ball-playing loose forward then so be it....
could also spell the end of radford!!

I ain't fussed about Tickle staying tbh. The squad needs freshening up for next season so i hope it's only the beginning of the exodus.
