Disagree, I for one will never forget how he completley shiit on us, nor will I forget his try in the derby and the responce to the southstand
We would not go watch our team whilst he played in it.

Not saying Icondone his actions but I can see him being forgiven prety quickly if we suddenly started challenging for honours - maybe I'm too cynical

We still haven't recovered - it was a shrewd move.
However, it's led to god knows how much in wages lost, bad press from Mr Cookes mis demeanours. Ill feeling in the camp as some people don't get on with him. I still don't think Morgan ever wanted him.

Us real fans don't look over our shoulder at our neighbours and do whatever we can to get one over on them. We look at the bigger picture. And this is the reason why Rovers are and will forever be considered a small club. Because their fans and board would rather get one over on Hull FC above anything else.
Quite sad, really!
SPOT ON!

Why would you say that ? Walker is and has been a very successful businessman in this City for many years. He is and always has been a very big supporter of FC let alone being an ex player.
I think he can bring in fresh money/sponsors to the club especially now that P&O are seriously considering re-locating due to the business rates disgrace.
The added bonus would be that the club had someone on the board that can relate and be in touch with the fans as he once stood on the terraces at Boulevard.
If true I think he would bring a lot of passion back in the board room, something we have lacked since Kath and co have clearly been devoid of.
Thats where and why KR have overtaken us, by drive and passion of supporters and ex players in the board room.
All existing and generally known ways to immortality can be divided into four catagories.
The way of the Fakir.
The way of the Monk.
The way of the Yogi.
The most honourable being 'The way of the FC'
NOBODY RESPECTS OUR CLUB, WE ARE A JOKE TO EVERYONE. IF THAT T**T COMES BACK THEN WE ARE JUST SETTING OURSELVES UP TO LOOK EVEN MORE STUPID THAN WE ALREADY DO. I WONDER WHAT THE OLDER PLAYERS THINK ABOUT THE STATE OF AFFAIRS AT THE CLUB AT PRESENT. I THINK THE DAYS ARE GONE WHEN A PLAYER IS PROUD TO WEAR THE BLACK AND WHITE SHIRT!
That seems a little top heavy in forwards with 14 of the 25man squad only leaving 11 to fill all the backs posistions
Those numbers seem about right to me. Considering a typical selection is likely to be 9/10 of the match day 17 forward-based, 14 of the 25 squad is pretty much spot on. Especially when you have 2 or 3 in there who can also do a job in the backs if necessary.

Is it balls, the reason they've over taken us is shrewd signings by the coach.

Knowing many people who have had dealings with him, I want Walker nowhere near FC thanks very much.
