The £85.00 adult season ticket at Huddersfield is for this season , it will be interesting to see if they can afford to do the same for next season.
I think most RL clubs are going to suffer a drop in sales of season tickets next season due to job situation it ai`nt good at the moment and seems to be getting worse from what I`ve expierianced over the last couple of weeks.

You don't sound particularly loyal either.

Been going for 32 years. If that's not loyal enough for you then I'm not sure of your definition of loyalty. Is it keep blindly paying your money and accept that the team is rubbish and the club is badly run and for god sake never voice your opinion or you'll get jumped on by people who don't like the truth?

Do you think those people getting in on freebies are loyal ?
Christ it is getting to a state on here where you cant say something without someone jumping down your throat.

Quite possibly. The amount you pay to get in doesn't define your loyality to a club.

I never jumped down anyone's throat, simply reminded one person that they weren't made to pay anything for a season ticket, and gave my opinion that they didn't sound very loyal.

Indeed it is, I fully agree. So, why is it that when I offer my opinion you choose to quote me and criticise me for expressing my thoguhts?

Love him or hate him, 163 consecutive appearances should make Stuart Littler a Salford legend in anyone's book

It's not me that created the definition of the word loyality. However, if I've been drinking in the Church Inn every week for 32 years, then stop going to the pub and decide to slag it off to anyone that listens to me, I wouldn't consider myself to be loyal to the Church Inn anymore.

Who jumped on you? Who doesn't like the truth?
I pointed out that you weren't made to pay anyting for your season ticket - that's the truth. Is it you that doesn't like the truth? Still not sure either of us have been jumped on though, more's the pity.

Doesn't answer my question though, does it?
If you're so upset about "someone jumping down your throat" explain to me why you felt the need to quote me, then criticise me, for expressing my point of view?

As for the attendance... Small, unsuccessful club with large, successful sporting neighbours in small crowds shocker. We're crap, we're staring down the barrel of no real future and people wonder why we only attract 3,000+ to games? Funny how everyone forgets the shocking attendances other clubs used to get until they got new stadia, improved success on the field, etc. But no, let's continue to pick on pathetic little Salford.
By the way, those saying they can't wait for Widnes to come in instead of us... Have you seen their attendances recently? Terrible. What makes anyone think that the lure of rattling around the bottom of the Super League table will make their attendances better than ours?
Yes, we've got our problems. But they're our problems, not anyone else's. So p*ss off and let us concentrate on them.

Hey i wasnt having a dig at you lot pal - i was commenting because in the past i have known the Salford lot to be a passionate and noisy bunch and the Shed has deffo been an intimidating place when i've been.
Was just surprised at the lack of it last night as opposed to in the past !
I like Salford - its a good away game i wish you luck !
Karlos13 wrote:Yeah I wish we would do something similar. I find it strange though how there was apparently 6100 for Hudds vs Cas in the league with 1000 away fans, yet only 6300 was announced for the cup game with a similar number of home fans but 3000 Cas fans there.
Tax dodge or another over calculated attendance for the league game?
How did you get hold of the turnstile figures for each game? wait a minute , you didn't! Do you work at the Galpharm? The 3000 figure is hilarious. Nearly as inaccurate as your suggestion of a £50 ST. Likewise the suggestion that the Giants include all ST holders for their gates is pure nonsense - though some clubs do it.
Other than that there may be some accuracy in somewhere.
