Great recovery after Ftizgerald was taken over the try line.
BOD running scared of Matfield early on though

I think I must be the Lions lucky charm.
First game of RU i have watched since the World Cup final and they are having a blinder!
I had probably better not change channel for their sakes.

I thought BOD got stuck in to a man twice his size, after he saw him picking on someone else! Great stuff this. Tension is brilliant.

Drop goal 16 -5.
Can we pack in at half time?

Poor decision for the obstruction penalty IMO,

He had a go and then when he saw who it was he retreated.
Ah well - fingers crossed the second half will be as good as the first

The big difference for me compared to last week is simply the aggression is there. Were getting stuck into the South Africans and not taking a backwards step and they don't like it, hence were on top at the minute and was on the front foot most of the half. Last week, i thought we weren't aggressive at all and seemed to like pride and passion because of this, can tell we want it this week. Second half last week i thought we stepped up the intensity and was a lot more pride and passion about the play, hence we nearly pulled it off in the final 40.

Dont know about that...he had a go at him and it rattled the Boxs more.
Play the same way and spread it a bit and they are there for the taking.

Some of these Lions backs are that good they could probably manage a game of League
O'Driscoll is sensational, Kearney would suit League down to the ground and Jamie Roberts would be a huge handful.
Wigan made enquiries about Jamie Roberts about 18months back just before he broke into the Wales side..............gutted we didn't get him.
